Finally, UK Black Pride is back as a live event for 2022, running on 14 August 2022 at Queen Elizabeth Park in East London.
UK Black Pride is Europe’s largest pride celebration for LGBTQI+ people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American and Middle Eastern-descent. This year’s event is themed as “Power”, and builds on the 10,000 people who attended the 2020 event.
This year’s event promises a huge range of activities, performances, food stalls, wellbeing sessions and events – more news to follow.

Church of Yshee – Saturday 13th August, 8pm
Drag queen and UK Drag Race interviewee Yshee Black brings her hugely popular show, The Church of Yshee, to The Stratford for a special Kings and Queens of Colour edition. Guest will be treated to lip sync performances, special guest appearances, prizes and a Crystal Head Vodka cocktail on arrival. £15 a ticket available here
Amuse Bouche & Boogie VIP event – Thursday 11th August, 7:30pm
An evening of cocktails, canapés & activism hosted by political activist Lady Phyll with performances, discussion and incredible acts including Yshee Black, Tenaka Fuego and Jay Jay Revlon, with music from the Stratford Hotel’s house band. £100 a ticket available here
