Go back to that estate in Thamesmead on a long, hot Nineties summer, as teenage boys and neighbours Ste and Jamie come to terms with their sexuality and explore their feelings, alongside their Mama Cass loving, rebellious friend Leah, and the emotional support of Jamie’s lioness mother, Sandra.
Beautiful Thing is running from 8 September to 7 October 2023 at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.
