Gordon Ramsey to open West End restaurant
10 June 2014
Gordon Ramsay already dominates London dining – and has built a restaurant empire that spans the globe.
But now the TV chef is opening his first restaurant in the heart of the West End, to be modeled on his successful Bread Street Kitchen restaurant in the City, and to be called Heddon Street Kitchen.
The new restaurant is expected to open in the Autumn along Heddon Street, a popular pedestrianised street just off Regent’s Street in the heart of Central London’s West End. The street also hosts restaurants including Momo and Piccolino.
Set opver two floors and 9,000 square feet, the all-day bar and restaurant will serve up Ramsey’s hugely successful modern European food from breakfast to evening. The restaurant is being designed by Russell Sage, who worked with Ramsey on the Savoy Grill and Petrus.
Other Ramsey restaurants coming up in London include his new restaurant on the site of his former Aubergine restaurant in Chelsea.
