Plus Swan Song is directed by the fabulous Todd Stephens (Edge of Seventeen), and promises to be a funny and bittersweet movie about rediscovering your sparkle and staying fabulous at any age.
Udo Kier (My Own Private Idaho, Breaking the Waves, The Painted Bird & Hunters) gives a masterful performance as retired hairdresser Pat Pitsenbarger, who escapes the confines of his small-town nursing home in Sandusky, Ohio after learning of his former client’s dying wish for him to style her final hairdo. Soon, Pat embarks on an odyssey to confront the ghosts of his past – and collect the beauty supplies necessary for the job.
The movie also stars Jennifer Coolidge (The White Lotus, Promising Young Woman, Legally Blonde & American Pie), Linda Evans (Dynasty) and Michael Urie (Ugly Betty, Modern Family & Single All the Way).
Swan Song opens in cinemas in the UK & Ireland on 10 June 2022.
